Shipping Information
Shipping will be with Canada Post and the rate is based per-item.
Free local pick up or delivery is available in the Greater Vancouver Area and we will come to your job site so you can see and try the product. Just go to the contact page or send us an email at neckdownworkwear@gmail.com, and select local pickup when you checkout.
If an item is NOT in stock, we will notify you by e-mail, and ask how you would like to proceed.
To help us HELP YOU BEST, please provide a valid and complete name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If payment is made by PAYPAL, shipping will be to the confirmed address ONLY – no exceptions.
Shipping Rates (Rates are subject to change without notice).
The shipping rates are the Canada Post rate for a regular parcel within Canada. If you would like to modify the rate or shipping to US please contact us.
You can contact us at any time with any questions about your order. Let us know if you want to sign for your delivery in the notes upon checkout.

IMPORTANT:
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and custom laws imposed on any of your neckdownworkwear.ca orders imported to your country.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to make a return or exchange. The return must send within 30 days as long as the item is in the original condition with the tags still attached.
Exchanging and Returning Products
Exchanging and returning products must be discussed with Neck Down Workwear and be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Always state cause and send a copy of the invoice or the delivery note. If Neck Down Workwear is not the cause of the return, the return shipping and handling costs must be paid for by the customer. If the product is defective or we ship the wrong item we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for any items.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A refund will be issued once the item is received.
Return Shipment
For your protection please use a carrier with delivery confirmation and insurance (Canada Post provides free delivery confirmation). We will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping that do not have proof of delivery. COD will not be accepted.
